We produced a TVC for Fujifilm’s Instax Wide 300 as our graduation project, operating as a full-fledged agency and production house from concept development to execution. The project was honored with the Best TVC Award among all graduation projects of that year, recognizing both our creativity and professional approach.
This project enhanced my coordination skills by requiring me to balance creative responsibilities with stakeholder communication and ultimately serve as the on-set coordinator.

Developed customer personas and identified key insights
Ideated and crafted the storyline for the TVC
Built detailed character profiles
Coordinated and assigned responsibilities for on-set roles
On-set
Created a detailed shooting plan, scheduling scenes by time, location, and crew.
Managed on-set coordination by calling actors and crew on time and enforcing the shooting schedule.
Maintained production flow by ensuring the team followed the correct order and timing, preventing delays.
Acted as the director’s liaison, clearly communicating the director’s vision to departments including lighting, sound, and cast.
The insight
I always like taking photos to preserve family reunion moments. However, taking pictures with a phone or camera makes my experience less than perfect. I had trouble taking complicated photos, felt tired because the display screen was too small, and was inconvenient when going to a photo printing shop. I would be happier if those images could be printed with just one basic operation so I could easily view and store them.
The storyline
The story is about an old couple with a hobby of recording moments with digital devices. However, due to their old age, they encounter difficulties. Difficulty in movement, weak eyes and hands, so it is difficult to take photos and view pictures on phone. Seeing those inconveniences, on grandfather's birthday, grandfather's grandson gave him a Fujifilm Instax Wide 300.
